For damage claims to be viable they must be sent within 12 hours of the declared delivery time. 

Please be aware of the tracking and estimated delivery time for your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are left in the sun, or in any conditions of extreme heat that cause your candle to melt before the package is opened.
